THE CLIENT

The company, an industry powerhouse in network optimization, warehouse design, automation technology, and material handling systems integration company, needed a cutting-edge rebranded website to be delivered in a month. This swift transformation was essential to capitalize on the wealth of emerging business opportunities awaiting them.

The company had a brand style guide for the new website to follow, while the site's architecture, design, and content for each page needed to be defined collaboratively.

The company was looking to leverage Webflow as the web platform, and to integrate it with HubSpot marketing services.

Dura Digital's was the partner of choice to bring their new digital presence to life, and to support the company’s modernization efforts.

THE CHALLENGE

The organization needed a high-quality, fully-functional website with compelling visuals and content built in a four-week timeframe.

This accelerated schedule demanded seamless collaboration between the project team at Dura Digital and the client, along with efficient processes for:

• Design approval

• Content creation

• Technical implementation

The team had to skillfully balance rapid execution with maintaining excellent quality and brand consistency throughout the project, to achieve the modernization goals of the effort.

THE SOLUTION

Using the brand style guide as a foundation, the team identified necessary tasks and allocated them within the four-week timeframe.

In week one of the project, Dura Digital focused on defining the project scope including establishing the Information Architecture and creating wireframes. The outcome was a 10-page website design with built-in flexibility for easy expansion in future versions.

During week two, the team focused on the design and implementation of the website. This required the designer and developer to work in perfect sync while operating in parallel, while the page copy was being refined.

Then the team moved to finalizing the design and implementation of the website for both mobile and desktop versions. Additionally, HubSpot was configured for contact forms and newsletter sign-ups, along with the creation of proper redirection rules to match the old website with the new one.

During the last week of the engagement, the focus was on testing various user flows and ensuring the website's responsiveness. A plan was created for releasing the website in a risk-averse manner.

THE RESULT

Dura Digital successfully built 10 static pages and 5 collections, migrated 100+ blog posts, added meta data keywords for an initial SEO strategy, integrated with Hubspot for contact forms, partner requests, and newsletter subscriptions, and created redirects for 1400 legacy pages and links. This sleek, modern website accurately reflects the client's brand and expertise.

The website was completed within an ambitious timeline, demonstrating Dura Digital’s ability to deliver high-quality results in a tight timeline without jeopardizing quality.

Compared to the legacy WordPress site, the new website features an optimized user experience and improved performance and reliability, showcasing the company’s new digital and brand presence.
